Video games often get a bad press. However, as long as they're not taking over your life to the extent that you're neglecting what's important, they have some great benefits!
Not only are they a great way to stay entertained, they can also be an excellent group activity, whether you’re playing “locally” on the couch with your family, or online with friends when you're socially distancing.
They can also be great for honing your reflexes and problem-solving skills, and depending on what you're playing, you can indulge in a bit of brain-training to improve things like memory and concentration!
