Taking part in sports reduces stress and enhances your mood. It releases the natural 'feel-good' happy hormones, and at the more extreme end can give you an amazing adrenaline rush.

It builds muscles and tone, increases fitness, and improves sleep. You also get to build on your team-working and social skills, and boost your self-confidence!
