How do you stay #motivated to smash your #goals?
- Make your goal public. You'll do better if you feel accountable to someone!
- Plot your progress. This way, when you're having an off-day, you can see how far you've came.
- Break up your goal. Split it into smaller, more manageable steps, then feel the achievements as you cross them off!
- Use rewards. Whatever works for you, remember to treat yourself when you've done well.
- Don't do it alone. There's strength in numbers - don't be afraid to ask for help!
