Combined Cadet Force

The Combined Cadet Force (CCF) is a ministry of defence sponsored youth organisation in the United kingdom. Its aim is to "provide a disciplined organisation in a school so that pupils may develop powers of leadership by means of training to promote the qualities of responsibility, self reliance, resourcefulness, endurance and perseverance".

Sea Cadet Corps

Sea Cadets is the UK's largest maritime youth charity. If you are between 10 and 12 you can join as a Junior, 12 to 18 as a Sea Cadets and 13 to 18 as a Royal Marines Cadet and join 14,000 other Sea Cadets across the UK.

Army Cadet Force

The Army Cadet Force (ACF) is one of the UK’s oldest, largest and most successful youth organisations. Consisting of more than 47,000 cadets in around 1,700 local detachments across the country, the ACF helps young people between the ages of 12 and 18 develop both personally and physically by providing a range of opportunities, challenges and activities.

Volunter Cadet Corps

The Volunteer Cadet Corps was first formed on 14 February 1901 at the Mission Hall, Prince Albert Street, Southsea.  The first Commanding Officer was Captain Harkness RMA and the first parade night was held at the now former Royal Marines barracks in Eastney, Portsmouth.  The VCC has become a flourishing youth organisation of over 350 Cadets across six units in the south cost and south west areas.
