At Cadet Kit Shop we aim to give our customers a choice. Therefore we offer the option of having special delivery, standard delivery. We don’t think you should have to pay the same postage costs for smaller items and as a result we offer a small package charge on a selection of smaller items.

If you wish to cancel your order:
You can notify us by email to customerservice@cadetkitshop.com before we have dispatched the goods to you; or you can return goods you have ordered from us within 28 days of receipt.
Simply download the CKS Returns Form 2011.pdf and post it back to us along with the goods.
Upon receipt of the goods we will issue you with a refund .
The rights to return the goods to us will not apply in the following circumstances:
- In the event that the product has been used
- To any products that we have made or customised specifically for you
